Alina has been teaching, giving workshops and sharing her experience with young artists for over 10 years. Her main specialization is improvisation and songwriting. She also helps students to find their way in music, to master technique, style, rhythm and harmony, to release tension.

All this experience eventually resulted in Alina Rostotskaya's Creative Laboratory, where a community of young talented people create music together, communicate and collaborate on projects. This is how the club festival "Young Sprout" emerged, which is held every few months in Kozlov Club and Jam club and presents new names to the Moscow public.

Alina also works with international students, in particular, many times she coached and gave workshops in English within the Voicingers festival (Poland, Slovakia, France).
